Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Project Manager to join a Fortune 100 client remotely in Mexico. The Project Manager will oversee two programs aimed at refreshing networks and network hardware across multiple different site locations in North America. This individual will be responsible for tracking and documenting service vendor schedules, hardware decommissions and installations, and necessary implementation documentation. This resource will be responsible for managing the 3rd party vendor resources, assessing risk and roadblocks, providing mitigation plans and impediment solutions, and presenting to leadership on project status updates. The project manager will be required to drive end-to-end processes from project planning to execution. The ideal individual should have a high level understanding of network infrastructure to address technical specification questions that arise and communicate the end goal of the project.

Skills and Requirements

• 5-+ years of experience working as a project manager (focus in network delivery and network refresh projects)

• Solid understanding of network infrastructure (high level knowledge of how networks and equipment are configured and operate)

• Experience managing 3rd party resources, tracking operating metrics/KPIs, project documentation, status reports, and vendor governance

• Experience with Excel and Power BI to track projects, ability to maintain and modify Power BI dashboards

• Proven leadership/project management skills, excellent verbal and written English communication, and the ability to work cross functionally with global business and technical teams - High level understanding of OT and IOT infrastructure

• PMP certified

• ITIL certified null
