As a Business System Team Lead, you\'ll guide the team that serves as IT and analytical liaison to Uline\'s Finance team. Collaborate with leadership to identify, develop and implement process improvements. Participate in critical technology modernization projects across the department and broader business. Serve as business liaison between technology vendors and Uline IT to ensure business requirements are met. Minimum Requirements Bachelor\'s degree. Major in Business or Computer Science preferred. MBA a plus. 2+ years of experience as an Analyst with a strong knowledge in creating queries, writing reports and presenting findings. Skilled in Microsoft Excel and SQL. Power BI a plus. Previous leadership experience providing coaching, mentoring and feedback preferred. Excellent communication, organizational and multitasking skills.
