Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage trials from inception to conclusion.

• Provide strategic guidance on complex legal matters.

• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and prepare for trial.

• Effectively communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and the judiciary.

• Mentor and provide guidance to junior attorneys.

• Collaborate with internal teams to achieve successful case outcomes.

  Requirements

Qualifications:

• Licensed attorney with significant trial experience.

• Proven track record in insurance defense or personal injury cases.

• Strong advocacy and negotiation skills.

• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a legal team.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Detail-oriented with a strategic and analytical approach.
