Role Summary

 

Rivian Finance seeks an Operational Audit Senior to collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders in the delivery of impactful operational and integrated audits. The ideal candidate will have proven experience navigating unfamiliar processes, identifying risks, and executing the audit plan. As an Operational Audit Senior, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people.

Responsibilities

 

Conducting process walkthroughs and mapping complex process flows and risks including their impact on downstream processes, reporting, and metrics;

Executing operational and integrated audits including reviews of new and enhanced business processes, process changes, and system implementations;

Identifying risks, constructing a risk assessment, leveraging data analysis, and develop an audit programs;

Execute against an audit program

Interpreting testing and walkthrough results to identify unmitigated risks and areas of process improvements;

Monitoring closure of management's action plans;

Establishing and maintaining effective relationships with business partners and key stakeholders;

Qualifications

 

4+ years of progressive audit experience in either Big 4 public accounting, and/or in industry;

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant discipline (e.g. Business, Accounting, Information Technology, Law);

CPA or CIA certification (or equivalent) required or in active pursuit;

Ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbal, in a clear and concise manner;

Demonstrated ability to evaluate business processes;

Ability to look ahead, anticipate questions, independently assess risk, and think critically and creatively;

Highly organized, able to work flexibly across boundaries and navigate in dynamic environments;

Travel up to 20% of the time.

Pay Disclosure

 

Benefits Summary: Rivian provides robust medical/Rx, dental and vision insurance packages for full-time employees, their spouse or domestic partner, and children up to age 26. Coverage is effective on the first day of employment, and Rivian covers most of the premiums.
