Job Purpose and Impact

The Facility Generalist will organize and deliver a wide range of administrative services. In this role, you will ensure efficient operation of the facility or office related to customer requests, inventory and provision management, logistics and security procedures.

Key Accountabilities

  • Ensure that facilities or office function correctly.

  • Coordinate Customer Visits for Research Centers.

  • Work on Projects as assigned for our buildings.

  • Review inventory and provision periodically to ensure sufficient range of products to meet customer needs in line with the budget.

  • Arrange for timely minor maintenance and repair.

  • Monitor all services to ensure good food hygiene practices are adopted at all times

  • Cooperate in the continuous improvement of company quality, safety and productivity standards.

  • Provide assistance and training to lower level employees.

  • Handle basic issues and problems under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Position Information

Relocation assistance will not be provided for this position.

Minnesota Sick and Safe Leave accruals of one hour for every 30 worked, up to 48 hours per calendar year unless otherwise provided by law.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience with Microsoft Office.
