NOW HIRING for a Field Service Coordinator!! This is a Direct Placement/Permanent hire with a rapidly growing manufacturing company who offers excellent compensation and benefits package!!! Must be Qualified!!

MUST HAVES:

2+ years of manufacturing customer service experience

2+ years of order entry experience

SAP experience is preferred

Description:

Support the customer complaint system through SAP by following up with customers and the field service team until completion.

Handle all customer questions or requests in a timely manner.

Prepare invoices and provide the status of product orders or services in SAP. Managing 20+ orders and quotes weekly.

Resolve quality issues through SAP and CAQ (computer aided quality)

Assist with employee expenses

Support the Customer Service department as needed

Shift:

Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

Hybrid schedule - Two days remote - Monday/Fridays

Pay:

$24/HR-$35/HR (based on experience)
