Robert Half Plant Controller in Plymouth, Minnesota

Description We are offering an opportunity for a Plant Controller in the Healthcare/NHS industry, based in Plymouth, Minnesota. The role involves managing accounting functions, overseeing budget processes, and ensuring effective capital management.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all plant accounting functions.

• Implement and maintain '3M' and 'ADP - Financial Services' systems.

• Manage 'CapEx' and 'Eaton' processes within the plant.

• Use 'ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning' for efficient management of resources.

• Utilize 'About Time' software for effective time management.

• Oversee 'Accounts Payable (AP)' to ensure timely and accurate payments.

• Direct and manage all aspects of the budgeting processes.

• Implement effective capital management strategies.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. Requirements • Candidate must possess knowledge and experience in the healthcare/NHS industry.

• Ability to manage and control the plant as per the guidelines and regulations.

• Proficiency in the use of 3M, ADP - Financial Services, and Eaton is essential.

• Familiarity with CapEx and Capital Management is a must.

• Extensive experience in ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is required.

• Competency in About Time software for efficient time tracking and management.

• Comprehensive understanding of Accounting Functions and Accounts Payable (AP).

• Experience in Budget Processes is necessary for planning and managing budgets.

• The candidate should be able to perform all the roles and responsibilities associated with the job function of a Plant Controller.

• The candidate must have a clear record and must pass a background check.

• Must be legally eligible to work in the country.

• Excellent communication skills in English are mandatory.

• Should be a team player with a professional attitude.

• A degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field is preferred.

• Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous.
