The Sr Manager Corporate Contracts will work closely with key stakeholders such as credit, risk management, supply chain, executive leadership team, legal, national accounts and customers. This individual will analyze, negotiate, and manage commercial contracts, specifically, complex contracts with difficult terms and conditions, high risk, and/or those pertaining to large, complex jobs. A Day in the Life: Contract Management. Completes all actions for effective contracting, compliance with the terms of the contract, and safeguarding key interests in its contractual relationships. Customer Relations. Manages contract negotiations with customers and internal stakeholders. Maintains the customer relationship by addressing customer concerns and achieving customer satisfaction. Internal Relations. Partners with internal stakeholders and specialists in audit, law, engineering, information security, transportation, and other fields, as appropriate. Ensures all internal stakeholders sign off on contractual obligations. Compliance Monitoring. Ensures that all requirements of law, executive orders, regulations, and all other applicable procedures, including clearances and approvals, have been met. Risk Mitigation. Identifies potential risks and non-compliance issues. Develops strategies to mitigate risks and work with legal counsel to resolve issues. Documentation and Reporting. Maintains accurate records of all contract related documentation. Generates reports detailing compliance status including an internal audit, potential issues and corrective actions.
