Daikin Applied Workday PATT Analyst II in Plymouth, Minnesota

The Workday Analyst II will be responsible for designing and implementing complex Workday Payroll, Absence and Time Tracking (PATT) solutions. This position will work with limited supervision, you will work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet those needs. You will also be responsible for managing and coordinating the implementation of all PATT Workday solutions. Essential Duties: Lead and support the PATT workstream on a Workday implementation project, demonstrating strong client and stakeholder management to achieve project objectives. Research and resolve day to day Workday PATT process and configuration issues and design solutions that ensure all work streams are cohesive and cross functional impacts are considered and mitigated. Work with HR and business stakeholder to support new requirements for PATT in Workday and create and update Workday configurations and enhancements based on requirement changes. Provide post payroll support, general ledger posting, bank transfer and paychecks in Workday. Manage, create and provide support for required PATT reporting, including support for year-end reporting and other year-end activities in Workday. Identify strategies, risks and options and recommend approaches and mitigations to meet client and functional requirements and perform ongoing audits to ensure data integrity and accurate configuration. Support innovation through the creation of new industry leading methods. Thoroughly test configurations through unit testing and facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT). Deliver knowledge transfer and change management of system modifications. Manage Workday release enhancements to ensure technical and functional requirements are tested and adopted in a timely manner. Other duties as assigned.
