How you will make an impact

• Handling new-hire on-boarding paperwork/orientations

• Incorporating digital recruiting resources

• Managing interviews

• Forming internal recommendations

• Supplying and screening candidates through various sources and platforms

• Implementing various administrative duties

• Authoring and posting job opportunity advertisements

  Requirements - The top candidates have proficiency with office applications and software, as well as social media platforms

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience

• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, user instructions, and procedure manuals

• Have prior experience in office applications and software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)

• Proven knowledge of Microsoft Office

• Recruiting experience required

• Comprehensive knowledge of Full Cycle Recruiting

• Well-founded grasp of UKG Pro

• Strong familiarity with Recruiting Efforts

• General familiarity with UKG Pro

• Recruiting Sources experience preferred

• Experience with Recruiting Strategies

• Eagerness to work independently as well as part of a team with flexibility and willingness to learn and take initiative on variety of tasks and projects

  • Candidates who are highly professional, as well as able to use good judgment and maintain a high level of confidentiality and sensitivity, will be preferred
