One of our premium hotel is looking for a skilled and reliable, Maintenance Technician to perform upkeep tasks such as repairs and preventative maintenance. You will be responsible for equipment and building systems fixes, and ensure facilities are tidy and functional. Responsible for being reliable with a keen eye for details and getting the job completed in a timely manner, and helping any quests with any complaints or requests if there is something that need to be fixed. You must possess manual dexterity and physical stamina and be able to lift anywhere to 50lbs to 75lbs pounds from time to time. Install appliances and equipment, paint and caulk and check functionality f safety systems (e.g. fire alarms) and collaborate with workers and other professionals during renovations.
