REQUIREMENTS: F/T maintenance worker needed in Mineral Wells and at times in the North Bend area for housing complex. Must have drivers license to pick up supplies if required. Be able to determine what needs to be done or fixed and rectify the situation working directly with the Site Manager. No HS/Equivalency required. No experience required but being handy is preferred outside and inside the facility. JOB DESCRIPTION: Make minor outdoor and indoor repairs, such as mowing grass, trim, weed eating, painting, etc. Hours will be Monday through Friday 40 hours per week. Pay will be discussed at the interview.
