Treasure State Concrete, Inc. has an opening for a Dispatcher Position. Must have some type of concrete and construction background. Previous dispatching experience is a PLUS. Must be dependable and detail orientated.

JOB DUTIES: Provide excellent customer service. Knowledge of our products and services in order to excel in customer sales. Receive and dispatch orders for product and/or deliveries. Prioritize calls according to urgency and importance. Monitor route and status of field units to coordinate and prioritize their schedule. Provide field units with information about orders, directions, traffic and job requirements. Enter data in computer system, maintain logs, records of calls, activities and information. Work with a scale computer system.
