Analyze company procedures and recommend and implement procedural and policy changes to improve operations. Regularly meet with staff to teach procedures. Plan, administer, and control budgets for contracts, equipment, and supplies. Hire and terminate clerical and administrative personnel. Direct and coordinate company's customer service. Prepare and review operational reports and schedules to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Set goals and deadlines. Acquire, distribute and store supplies. Develop and maintain operational standards and procedures for the company. Establish work procedures and schedules to organize the daily work of administrative staff. Learn new office technologies and teach administrative staff. Manage paper and electronic files. Meet with managers to establish organizational goals, strategic plans, and objectives, as well as make decisions about personnel, resources, and space and equipment needs.
