Description

We are searching for a dedicated Accounting Manager to assist our client for the next several months. The position will be located in Portland, Oregon. The individual will be primarily responsible for overseeing the monthly financials, assisting in the implementation of NetSuite, and assessing the accounting department's duties. This role is a short term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the implementation of NetSuite to help with system automation

• Use your accounting experience to assess the department and duties

• Be responsible for monthly account reconciliation and month-end close

• Manage accounting for locations throughout the west coast

• Utilize accounting software systems to streamline processes

• Oversee accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) functions

• Handle billing functions effectively and efficiently

• Use ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning for better resource management

• Prepare financial statements and ensure their accuracy.

Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems

• Familiarity with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning

• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP)

• Experience with Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Knowledge of Billing Functions

• Proficiency in NetSuite

• Ability to prepare Financial Statements

• Experience in Monthly Account Reconciliation

• Familiarity with Month End Close procedures
