In this role, you will:

  • Process Optimization: Lead initiatives to refine design and operational processes, enhancing workflow efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Digital Tool Mastery: Harness the power of tools like Jira, Slack, Confluence, and Microsoft Suite to manage projects, monitor progress, and enhance team collaboration.

  • Process Documentation: Lead in crafting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and best practices, promoting consistency and operational excellence.

  • File Management: Ensure systematic organization of design and project files for efficient access and management.

  • Administrative Leadership: Coordinate and support administrative aspects of design meetings and cross-functional collaborations.

  • Content Management and Communication: Manage and update content within design resources, ensure accurate and timely information, and maintain clear communication across our global teams.

What you bring:

  • A degree in Operations, Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field.

  • Proficient in Jira, Slack, Confluence, and Microsoft Suite.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.

  • A detail-oriented individual with a commitment to accuracy.

  • Capable of thinking critically and leading projects independently.

  • Adaptable and quick to embrace new challenges.

Salary transparency

Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $103,800 and $179,080. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
