Do našeho NTT Data Security týmu hledáme k našemu kolegovi Zdeňkovi novou posilu na pozici Service Desk Developer, který bude mít na starosti vývoj pro help desk systém. Tato pozice je vhodná i pro absolventy/juniory. :)

Co Vás na pozici čeká:

• Realizační činnost na projektech v oblastech ITSM/Help desk (tvorba formulářů, konfigurace workflow, implementace action skriptů, webové formuláře, web services a další)

• Řešení servisních požadavků (2nd level support)

• Občasná komunikace v AJ se zahraničními kolegy a zákazníky

• Po zapracování rozvoj v oblastech:- analýzy požadavků- spolupráce při návrzích řešení- konzultační činnost ve vztahu k rozvoji existujících instalací a implementaci nových projektů- konzultace se zákazníky

Co by Vám nemělo chybět:

• VŠ technického směru nebo praxe v IT oboru delší než 1 rok

• Znalost technologií:- MS Windows- programování skriptů ve Visual Basic a Javascriptu- porozumění kódu (VisualBasicScript, JavaScript)- schopnost tvorby SQL dotazů výhodou

• Technologie: VBS, MS Windows, MS SQL

• Přehled v oblastech:- Helpdesk procesů (ITSM/ITIL) výhodou nikoli však podmínkou- Procesního řízení středních/velkých společností výhodou

• AJ - úroveň B2 (dle Společného evropského referenčního rámce pro jazyky)

• Týmová spolupráce

• Komunikativnost, důslednost, spolehlivost, samostatnost

• Analytické schopnosti

• Chuť se neustále učit nové věci a vzdělávat se v nových oblastech

• Vhodné i pro studenty a absolventy se zkušeností s VBS/Windows
