What will be your main responsibilities?

• Handling of customer orders end-to-end in the process, from order intake till delivery to customers.

• Technical and commercial order clarification at order entry based on defined requirements and criterias.

• Proceed a regular tracking and monitoring of the order status througout the overall process.

• Scheduling of the orders based on requested customers delivery dates, manufacturing capacity and material availability.

• Professional communication and cooperation with your interfaces, such as material management, engineering, product management, production as well as customers and sales regions contact persons.

• Evaluation and realization of optimizations within this E2E-process to increase transparency and efficiency

Your qualification:

• 3 years of completed vocational training (e.g. industrial mechanic, commercial training)

• Several years of specialist experience in order or general supply chain management and relevant qualified further trainings

• Fluent in German is mandatory; good English competencies are completing your profil

• Excellent organizational and communications skills

• Interest in analytics and attention to details
