You will be a manager in Malaysia in Mondelēz International Digital Services, working to support impeccable service operations and bringing employee experience to a new frontier.

How you will contribute:

  • You will ensure best possible quality of our employee experience in Malaysia by driving operational excellence throughout hire-to-retire moments that matter. Lead Country People Services Squad and participate in BU People Services Squad towards sustained excellent performance, continuous improvements, issues resolutions, and compliance.

  • You will coach and guide People Managers and Employees to leverage and benefit from self-service. Educate and build capability of stakeholders on People processes, self-service, and Workday adoption.

  • You will be a critical bridge role between managers, employees, and business stakeholders to the People Services team and vice versa. Able to detect & proactively identify opportunities in both areas and direct continuous improvement where it matters most.

  • You will Provide local market intelligence & business context to People Services to direct the right focus; drive locally relevant and effective policies and processes, and ensure ongoing compliance with legal/ regulatory frameworks. Partner with relevant workstreams and policy owners on design, refresh and introduction of relevant policies/ benefits.

Education / Certifications:

Job specific requirements:

  • Ideal candidate will bring 8-10 years of diversified experience across HR

  • Comfortable to manage and drive excellent operations and independently lead projects both in Malaysia and beyond (Southeast Asia).

  • Is able to think on the ground and brings maturity to coach and work with senior stakeholders. Can balance customer service orientation with ability to stand own ground.

  • Keeps close to business context and demonstrates problem solving skills and ability to deal with ambiguity.

  • Is analytical and has a passion for developing technology towards improving people processes and employee experience.

  • Has a leadership mindset and can be a visible champion of employee experience
