What this job involves: Join JLL for a great opportunity to support a world class life sciences client. The Sr. Analyst, MRO Reliability is a new role and will be responsible for the development and management of MRO Performance Data across a large-scale network of facilities located throughout United States and Puerto Rico. All work performed is in accordance with the standards and procedures of our client and JLL in the execution of maintenance and operations. The Sr. Analyst, MRO Reliability will be a core team member of the JLL Central Engineering Account Team and reports to the Program Director, MRO Reliability. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in utilizing analytical tools and methodologies to support business decisions in managing MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations) data.What your day-to-day will look like: MRO Reliability
Develop best in class MRO Performance Analytics and SLA Program, along with reporting that enables data visualization for leadership and management using Tableau.
Assist in creating strategies for the MRO Reliability Program by leading both the development and implementation of new analytical tools and methodologies for a network of sites to deliver BOM Creation, Work Order Kitting, Inventory Optimization including ROP Analysis, Slow Moving Parts, Obsolescence, etc.
Take overall responsibility for data processing, analysis, and reporting related to MRO activities.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to meet reporting requirements and communicate complex data in a clear, concise manner, including both client and JLL Finance Teams for accurate financial reporting.
Act as primary back-up and provide support to the Program Director of MRO Reliability in the administration of Client MRO Program.
Lead the efforts to develop and maintain a library of key MRO Reports for program use throughout the network of sites and migrate to Tableau.
Act as Key POC for Site MRO custom data requests.
Support MRO end user training and onboarding (MRO Integrator and IFM Employees).
Lead report monitoring & KPI/SLA metric auditing for client MRO Integrator.
Help identify and support achievement of MRO CII (Continuous Improvement Initiatives).Client Service/Satisfaction
Develop and maintain positive client relationship leveraging conflict resolution and solution analysis.
As needed, prepare formal presentations for internal leadership and client performance review meetings.
Support scope and process changes from the JLL Leadership and client as assigned.Desired or preferred experience and technical skills:
Prior experience with MRO Operations and data management is plus.
Experience in a Life Sciences with an MRO environment is desired.
Experience with operating and managing a CMMS application is required, experience with Maximo is plus.Required Skills and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, engineering and/or a related field is required.
Minimum 3+ years' experience with SQL (Structure Query Language) via IBM COGNOS Analytics, ORACLE DBI and/other general relational database interfaces to create queries and reports.
BIG PLUS - Prior experience a using Tableau to organize relational databases and help end users understand data by creating visualizations to promote analytics necessary to drive decision making and actionable items.
Excellent communication skills for interfacing with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Experience with MS Office suite.
In this role, there is an estimated travel requirement of approximately 10% of your working time.Preferred Locations include ...
