Who are we looking for?

Ideal candidates will have several years of experience and a proven track record of success leading a sales team to achieve targeted results. As Used Car Sales Manager , you must have a hands-on approach to leading, coaching and inspiring the sales team. We are looking for a Sales Manager who is willing to roll up their sleeves and desk deals, possess excellent closing skills and train daily.  VAuto Experience is Required, as well as acquisition experience with auctions, etc.
