We are offering a role in Providence, Rhode Island for a detail-oriented Data Entry and Sales Support in the trade show industry. The position involves making sales calls to share information on upcoming trade shows. This role is a short-term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Make sales calls to share information about upcoming trade shows, promoting company products and services.

• Utilize 10 Key Skills to perform calculations and data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.

• Provide excellent customer service, addressing and resolving customer inquiries and complaints.

• Use Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word for data entry and email correspondence.

• Organize files and documents to maintain a well-ordered workspace.

• Perform scanning of documents and postcards for data entry.

• Display proficient typing skills for accurate and efficient data entry

Requirements • Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word

• Excellent customer service skills

• Strong typing abilities

• Experience with data entry tasks

• Ability to perform calculations accurately

• Experience in organizing files and maintaining systematic documentation

• Proficiency with email correspondence

• Experience in using scanning equipment
