Overview

Looking for a Technical Lead who possesses strong technical/development and analytical skills, proven ability to anticipate technical issues and proficient in building applications across platforms and products using ERP like Infor FSM Application. Experience in designing Workflows and Events in an ERP system. The lead is expected to be performing/guiding team for Functional setups and creating functional Design Specifications for Finance and Supply Chain. Proficient in integrating applications between Infor FSM and HxGN EAM products or third-party applications. Well-versed in comprehensive understanding of functional specifications and designing technical specifications. Hands-on experience in trouble shooting, root cause of analysis, and debugging. Familiar around APIs, Message processing and Integration. Well versed with software code development life cycle, delivery and Agile methodologies (Scrum/Sprints/Scrum Life Cycles etc.,) to participate in agile ceremonies as needed. Sound knowledge on understanding and utilizing Azure DevOps applications. Expert in documentation and presentation skills in various stages of business cycles. Good Industrial knowledge on domains like Energy, Utilities and Gas, Retail Management is preferred.

Candidate must have demonstrated experience of leading and delivering end to end solutions across various technologies. Self-motivated and a self-starter looking for next challenge, performs assigned development activities with no guidance and guides the team, leads the code reviews. Candidate must be able to deliver and investigate the problem from start to finish and be able to work with the team to investigate, find solution and see it through completion. Candidate must be able to manage task priorities and manage multiple competing priorities at any given time.

This position is hybrid on-site only with working locations in Louisville, KY; Allentown, PA or Providence, RI.

Responsibilities

  1. Performs coding assignments with limited guidance.

  2. Identify functional gaps and provide corrective actions and implement solutions.

  3. Skilled in managing problems, presenting solutions, performing root cause analysis.

  4. Collaborate with Product Analysts, Technical Consultants to provide technical solutions. Able to manage expectations with business and product peers.

  5. Extended capabilities to provide full support for Finance and Supply Chain management business operations.

  6. Strong Analytical, verbal/written communication, time management, critical thinking, detail oriented, interpersonal, and organizational skills needed.

  7. Serving as a Technical Point & Subject Matter Expert (SME) in specific business domains, will be responsible for the successful implementation of technology solutions.

  8. Performing technical setups and creating technical design specifications for Finance and Supply Chain Modules listed below Finance and Supply Chain modules, Finance - Accounts Payables, Invoice Management, General Ledger, Asset Accounting, Billing, Cash Management Supply Chain- Inventory Controls, Customer Order Management, Purchase Order Management, EDI - Electronic Data Interchange (Hansen), Wearhouse Management and Processing, Contract Management, Strategic Sourcing, Requisition Processing.

  9. May be assigned an Electric Utilities emergency and storm role. This is a special assignment that comes into play during storms and other emergencies when the company needs to restore power or respond to other issues affecting customer service. This role may necessitate the need to work after-hours, outside of your normal schedule.

  10. The company reserves the right to determine if this position will be assigned to work on-site, remotely, or a combination of both. Assigned work location may change. In the case of remote work, physical presence in the office/on-site may be required to engage in face-to-face interaction and coordination of work among direct reports and co-workers.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree with 8 years of related work experience OR 10+ years of related work experience

  2. Significant experience in software development with one or more software languages such as Java, Python etc. In addition C# will be a big plus.

  3. INFOR ERP – EAM / FSM experience a big plus.

  4. Experience in API / Microservices architecture implementation and Cloud – Azure App Services

  5. Standard development tools- such as Intellij– demonstrated experience is a must have.

  6. Excitement, curiosity, and passion for shaping the future through digital technology.

  7. Familiar with the latest technologies, trends, standards, products, and applicability

  8. Ability to effectively adapt to rapid technological and business change while maintaining enthusiasm and displaying sound judgment.

  9. Strong problem solving and analytics skills to be able to develop technology solutions that solve business problems quickly.

  10. Ability to collaborate with internal and external teams to unblock critical issues during product development.

  1. Master's Degree in relevant technology/industry areas
