Business Office/Sales Manager, is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of an office and its various departments. Their duties include communicating with customers, employees, and owners, relaying important information and scheduling sales. In this role, you will develop sales strategies, identify sales opportunities, and build relationships in the landscaping field. You will be responsible for the sales process lead generation to negotiation and closing deals. Managing office communications and facilitating key tasks and procedures. Your duties will include maintaining a schedule of all sales and commitments, placing orders for supplies and transportation. Directing both incoming and outgoing calls, emails, faxes, and letters.  Loading customers with forklifts skid steers, or front end loaders

• Answering phone calls, Customer Service and Sales

• Greet customers and visitors, ensure they are comfortable and connected with the right products and personnel.

• Managing schedules for delivery, and employee work schedules

• Monitoring and ordering inventory for products, transportation, and supplies.

• Filing and organizing records, invoices, and other important documentation

• Submitting work orders and scheduling deliveries for products and inventory

• Ordering repairs for office equipment and maintenance, connecting with and escorting customers and vendors.

• Answering the phone

• Create documents, maintaining databases and sending memos and emails.

• Making logistical arrangements for deliveries

• Running errands and making deliveries around the office or to external parties

• Collecting, filing, and organizing office documents, such as reports and confidential records.

• Managing digital document filing, including encrypted documents and email correspondence

• Monitoring office inventory and ordering supplies.

• Ensure deliveries are completed in a timely manner and paperwork is finished.

• Preparing or processing invoices or estimates

• Assisting with accounts payable and accounts receivable, including simple bookkeeping and banking tasks and QuickBooks entries

• Packaging and shipping company materials
