Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Foreman to support one of our clients in the construction industry. We are looking for a dedicated Foreman to join the team and lead our client's projects to success. Some of your responsibilities would include:

• Supervise and coordinate activities of small to mid-sized construction teams.

• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

• Communicate effectively with team members, subcontractors, and clients.

• Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to plan and execute projects.

• Enforce safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment.

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.

• Monitor and report on project progress, including any issues or delays.

• Train and mentor team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Skills and Requirements

• 5-10 years of proven experience as a Foreman or similar role in a construction environment

• Strong background in construction, with hands-on experience in various construction tasks

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to lead and motivate a team

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

• Knowledge of construction safety regulations and best practices

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation - Bilingual in English and Spanish null
