OverviewPepsi Beverages North America (PBNA) is PepsiCos beverage manufacturing, sales, and distribution operating unit in the U.S. and Canada. We steward some of the worlds most iconic brands including Pepsi, Aquafina, Mountain Dew, Miranda, 7Up; as well as driving exciting new brands like LifeWTR, Bubbly and our preparing for the expansion of our Chilled portfolio.The Sales Unit General Manager-Designate role is designed as a leadership training program that will provide you with a customized on-boarding plan to assimilate and develop the necessary skillset in preparation for an accelerated career path as a Sales Unit General Manager. Your position will be part of the North America Beverage organization (South Division), and specifically, the Central Florida Market.PepsiCo Sales Unit General Managers contribute to the success of our North America Beverage business by leading the sales and distribution strategy for a regional distribution center. This broad leadership role encompasses sales, customer service, marketing equipment and warehousing operations and leads a sales team that influences growth across our brands- specifically Pepsi, Mountain Dew, Starbucks, Aquafina, Gatorade, Bubly, Lipton, etc.Sales Unit General Managers develop a team of salaried supervisors who lead hourly and commission frontline employees, and ultimately drive superior marketplace execution, customer service, share growth, and profit performance for their assigned regional area.
