Dare for Better.This role is a location free role/remote position and it can sit anywhere in the CountryResponsibilitiesThe Finance Associate Manager will provide central oversight of the Product Costing function. Additionally, this resource will drive system and process improvements to Product Cost Planning and Controlling throughout the organization. Responsibilities include:* Serve as subject matter expert for the business in SAP ECC Product Costing and provide end-user support and training as necessary.* Coordinate/support activities between Site Finance, Supply Chain Finance Integration, and HQ Cost Accounting to ensure completion of AOP and period-end close activities in an effective and timely manner.* Act as liaison between end users and IT to help assess whether root causes of issues encountered are system, process, data, or lack of user knowledge, and support resolution of the issue through all means available.* Support innovation by partnering with Supply Chain Finance, Production Planning, Supply Chain C&O, and DMO to achieve data readiness goals to enable successful execution.* Collaborate with counterparts in Manufacturing, ISCP, and Global Procurement to support cross-functional process improvements.* Partner with IT on technology improvement initiatives, including report/enhancement functional design, testing, and related end-user training.* Provide support as needed for transformational initiatives impacting Supply Chain Finance and Control (eCommerce, new brand integrations, etc.).Compensation and Benefits:* The expected compensation range for this position is between $85,200 - $142,650 based on a full-time schedule.* Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary.* Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 10% of annual salary paid out annually.* Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.* In addition to salary, PepsiCo offers a comprehensive benefits package to support our employees and their families, subject to elections and eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Health and Dependent Care Reimbursement Accounts, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Insurance (Accident, Group Legal, Life), Defined Contribution Retirement Plan.Qualifications* Four-year degree in Accounting or Finance.* 5-8 years of relevant Finance or Cost Accounting experience.* 3-5 years of experience with SAP ECC Product Costing preferred.* Has solid functional knowledge of many or all the following: plant/copack accounting, bills of materials and routings, production planning and execution, inventory management, warehouse/distribution functions, and business/data reporting.* Must be self-starter and require minimal daily direction.* Innovative thinker with a focus on continuous process improvement.* Results-focused, highly motivated, and able to work with multiple teams simultaneously and prioritize work to balance/achieve conflicting milestones given resource constraints.* Exceptional written and oral communication skills, including presentation skills, with ability to explain complex/technical issues to end users.* Ability to lead special projects and work effectively with people in all levels and functions in the organization.* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.* Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).* This position is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United StatesEEO StatementAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, or disability status.
