For Victorian based employees, the compliance date is 26 November 2021.

All other global Boeing locations do not have a vaccination requirement at this time.

We are seeking an Equipment Services Manager (Level K) to join our BCA Fabrication team.

You will be responsible for leading a maintenance team focused on equipment services & reliability, preventative maintenance, and adherence to factory schedules.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Manages employee activities within the facilities occupation including facilities planning, analysis, project administration, property administration, facilities provisioning, engineering, construction and Plant & Equipment maintenance

  • Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals

  • Acquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements

  • Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, business partners and direct reports

  • Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes

  • Participates in equipment make/buy decisions; participates in source selection and provides technical oversight of suppliers

  • Manages, develops and motivates employees

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years of experience leading or managing projects that involved cross-functional or cross-business unit teams

  • 1+ year of experience performing plant equipment and/or production equipment maintenance

  • Experience using professional written and verbal communication skills to achieve deliverables

  • Willingness to work 3rd shift

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in related field

  • 3+ years of experience teaching, coaching and developing others

  • 5+ years of experience with data and/or predictive analytics

  • 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing or factory support environment
