Phoebe Ministries is hiring a Full-time Community Life Coordinator to join our long-term care facility in Richland, PA.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, Weekends as needed. 8am to 4:30pm.

  Responsibilities for a Community Life Coordinator with Phoebe Richland:

  Responsible for programming, as well as implementing; group programs, individual activities, therapeutic interventions; supervising and scheduling activity assistants; initiating projects to meet the needs of residents in the following areas: physical, sensory, social, creative, intellectual, spiritual, intergenerational, and community; facilitating development of RASP (Resident Assessment Support Plan) for individual residents and completing Life Stories for individual residents.  .          

  Requirements for a Community Life Coordinator with Phoebe Richland:

• NCCAP certification, or Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist, COTA, Associate Degree in related field, and or equivalent knowledge and experience working with seniors.

• One (1) year of experience in a related position preferred.
