Program Manager- Quantico, VA (3268)

Eagle Harbor, LLC, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a in Program Manager in Quantico, VA.

Position Responsibilities:

• Provide direct supervision, program control, scheduling, and management of personnel consistent with the priorities and assignments.

• Provide timekeeping, shift schedules, and invoicing for labor hours, travel, and other direct cost.

• Provide progress/status reporting to Unit task managers.

• Track and report quality assurance of all deliverables.

• Resolve problems, issues, or conflicts, as required.

• Provide Unit task managers with cost and staffing estimates relative to the completion of existing tasks as well as possible future tasks.

Position Requirements:

• Fully adjudicated Top Secret clearance.

• Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in the Life or Physical Sciences.

• Five years of experience managing personnel in a forensic laboratory setting.

• Ability to manage personnel located in multiple locations.

• Must be able to communicate fluently verbally and in writing, in English, at the bachelor’s degree level, be able to understand and execute complex verbal and written instructions in English, be able to express complex issues verbally and in writing in English.

• Must be competent in operating an IBM-style microcomputer in Windows and/or UNiplexed Information Computing System (UNIX) environments.

• Must be able to discuss complex technical issues in English, using a telephone.

• Must be competent with Microsoft Office products in a Windows environment and be competent with computer file management in Windows and/or UNIX environments (creating and deleting files and directories, finding, renaming, copying, and moving files, etc.).
