Randstad, in partnership with a large power compnay located in Raleigh, NC is actively seeking a Credit Analyst to join their team! salary: $20 - $25 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

• Review customer discrepancies or disputes to resolution and document root cause.

• Provide support in execution of timely payment, and minimize risk of customer disputes.

• Develop relationships with internal and external customers and suppliers and provide customer service support.

• Follow up with internal and external customers to ensure prompt payment of receivables.

• Maintain accurate collection files and updates. Maintain electronic collection notes for each customer account.

• Abide by Robinson-Pattman Act, Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, Cannons of Business Credit Ethics, and client's Ethics Policy at all times.
