The Project Manager will lead GIS (gas insulated switch gear) projects as part of the execution team. The PM will serve as the main point of contact for customers. The successful candidate will work closely with engineering, finance, procurement, and construction teams to ensure projects are executed in accordance with the business strategy.

How You’ll Make anImpact

• Efficiently manages multiple projects at once tomaintain Project Schedule, Customer Satisfaction & FinancialResponsibilities

• Lead project management activities includingscheduling, budget, risk, change, opportunity, forecast and reoccurringreporting to management.

• Profit/Loss responsibility for assigned projects

• Responsible for creating and sharing project specificlessons learned and eliminating/reducing project NCC’s

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to planproject deliverables, resources, budget, and schedule.

• Continuous learning of GIS and AIS and generalswitchgear products

• Ability to travel as needed, could meetor exceed 30%

What You Bring

• Minimum of bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Businesswith at least 8 years of experience in Power Systems or Substations

• Must possess excellent communication, leadership, teambuilding & customer facing skills

• Experience in process improvement, quality managementand managing global teams

• Basic knowledge of GIS/AIS, BoP, & switchgearproducts

• Project Management certifications preferred

• Professional Engineering License preferred
