Description

The Social Media Specialist's role will be to manage and enhance the company's brand, interaction with the public through social media, and ensure our online presence is aligned with our marketing strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage a social media strategy that aligns with business goals.

  • Create original content for various social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest, and YouTube.

  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports and insights on our social media performance.

  • Stay updated with the latest social media best practices and technologies.

  • Use social media marketing tools to maintain the company's brands.

  • Interact with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network.

  • Monitor user engagement and suggest content optimization.

  • Provide constructive feedback on our products and services based on social media interactions.

    Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Proven work experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role.

  • Familiarity with B2B and B2C social media platforms.

  • Strong understanding of marketing strategy and how to effortlessly utilize these platforms to full potential.

  • Excellent multitasking skills.

  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.

  • Good understanding of social media KPIs.

  • Proficient in content creating and writing in a brand’s voice.

  • Excellent verbal communication skills.

  • Outstanding analytical and multitasking skills.

  • Degree in Marketing, New media, or relevant field.

  • Basic knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics is a plus.

The Social Media Specialist must be customer-oriented with a strong ability to integrate our brand's voice into their strategies. This individual's role with the company will play a significant role in increasing our social media presence and gaining visibility for our brand among customers and potential clients.
