Construction Laborer-Weekly Pay-Start ASAP!

Pay:** $18-$20 per hour (depending on experience)**

Hours:** Monday-Friday, 11:30 pm- 11:00 am**

We are looking for motivated and skilled Construction Laborers to join our team at an Air Force Base. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to essential paving and maintenance projects while supporting the operational readiness of the military.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with a 5-man team to perform paving and maintenance tasks on the Air Force base.

• Assist finishers and heavy equipment operators by pouring concrete, setting forms, tying rebar, and performing light finishing work.

• Tear down and safely handle construction equipment and materials.

• Ensure all work is completed to high standards of quality and safety.

• Follow instructions from supervisors and adapt to various project needs.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong work ethic and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

• Experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not required.

• Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.

• Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.

• Commitment to safety and adherence to all safety protocols.
