Pay: $22-24

Description:

• General maintenance of campus facilities

• Filter changes, PM's, light repair of interior fixtures

• Changing lights, ballasts, outlets, faucets, and drains

• Painting, furniture assembly, remodeling offices

• Troubleshooting motors under 3hp

• snaking drains and assuring HVAC pipes are clear

• Move in and move out repairs/work orders
