What To Expect:

During your 12-month placement you will get a first-hand experience of what a career in R&D with P&G involves, and if it is right for you.

You will be working on live business R&D projects and expected to dive straight in and take the lead. This will be part of our amazing Gillette team based at our UK innovation centre in Reading, UK.

Each intern receives a customized learning plan to ensure they get the right levels of coaching, mentoring and training as they deliver their work. What You Will Gain:

• Full Time Role - Successful interns have the potential to secure a full-time position with P&G after graduation. Job Qualifications

What We Look For:

• University students pursuing scientific or engineering degrees, graduating in 2024 or 2025.

• Requirement to develop lab skills as part of a degree

• Evidence of passion and achievements in academic and/or non-academic activities.

• Demonstrated leadership skills and a strong passion for research and innovation.

• Strong verbal and written English language skills.
