ESRI Manager, Digital Commerce in Redlands, California
As someone with expertise leading digital sales strategies and eCommerce platforms, you have strong problem-solving skills that will help drive enterprise level software implementation at Esri. While working on complex challenges you pursue sophisticated solutions. You understand that rigor leads to better results. We welcome you to our digital commerce team, where you will lead a cross functional department, covering Esri Store, ArcGIS Marketplace, and our global distributor stores platform. Here, your next big challenge will be leading the development of a domestic and global digital commerce solution.
Initiate efforts to advance Esri’s digital sales strategy, which involves both a better experience for existing customers and a complementary process for net new customers
Help define program(s) scope, goals, and deliverables
Align priorities and timing of related work with stakeholders
Coordinate with Esri distributors to ensure global scalability
Apply an enterprise architecture mindset to solutions
Ensure teams are delivering, adhering to processes, and fully utilizing our suite of tools
Monitor project progress and assess and manage risk
Communicate regularly with stakeholders and executives
Lead as product owner for development team to set agenda and prioritize and approve work
8-10 years of experience
Experience in an agile application development environment
Be an energetic, customer-focused, technically savvy individual with a hands-on approach
Strong communication skills
Excellent decision-making and leadership capabilities
Ability to work and communicate both at the tactical day-to-day level and at the strategic planning level with executives, colleagues, and technical teams
Bachelor’s in business, marketing, or related field (master's in business administration preferred)
Experience with Adobe Experience Manager and eCommerce
Experience with the buyer’s journey, from product discovery to beyond the purchase
Change management experience
Conflict resolution experience
