Position Type:  Full-time, Hourly

Location:  In Office; Redmond, OR

Wage Scale : $18.00 - $28.00 per hour

Benefits:  Full-time Regular Employees (and their families) can enroll in medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, and 401K. Employees will also accrue 80 hours of vacation per year for the first 9 years and eight paid holidays throughout the calendar year

Responsibilities:

• Customer Service tasks and problem-solving with customers.

• Follow up and schedule appointments with customers through phone and email.

• Accurately process orders, application forms, and requests into database.

• Creating and establishing great relationships with customers.

• Update transactions status of all customer calls.

• Oversee office for cleanliness, office supply orders, etc.

• Assist Production Department with clerical tasks including will calls and warehouse deliveries

• Various administration duties.

• Other duties may be assigned.

  Requirements:

• At least 2 years office supervisory experience

• At least 2 years of Customer Service experience.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, good organizational skills and professional telephone skills.

• Data entry experience is a plus, but not required.

• Organizational, time management and customer service skills.

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Prior experience working in construction, HVAC, fireplace, or garage industries is a plus.

• Regular attendance is required
