What’s the Job?

  1. Support day-to-day internal operations and planning to drive team efficiency.

  2. Manage document organization systems , including SharePoint, ensuring effective business updates.

  3. Collaborate with leadership teams to align strategies and execute priorities.

  4. Facilitate leadership meetings , tracking key objectives and actions.

  5. Track and analyze performance metrics to ensure accountability and progress in business initiatives.

What’s Needed?

  1. 8-10 years of business communications experience , preferably in executive settings.

  2. Experience in business operations and strategic planning in fast-paced environments.

  3. Proficiency in managing cross-organizational communication and ensuring team alignment.

  4. Strong project management skills , including SharePoint organization and document control.

  5. Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field.
