Program Manager IV BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Program Manager IV for Remote. Position Title: Program Manager IV Location: Remote Anticipated Start Date: ASAP Please note this is the target date and is subject to change. Role Mandate: Looking for a process-oriented Program Manager focused on supporting the growth of the Reality Labs business. Reporting to the Channel Strategy Program Manager, this essential role will be responsible for bringing process rigor & execution excellence to a key strategic initiative to support successful stand up of net new GTM strategies through several phases including understanding work, identification of work and implementation of work across a wide cross functional stakeholder group. In addition, this person will thrive in a fast-paced environment, be a self-starter, and have experience creating and managing complex workback schedules for a global sales organization. Role Responsibilities (including, but not limited to): * Develop and execute B2B Workback Schedules: The program manager will proactively create and implement a project plan/workback in a collaborative project management tool, driving review/ approvals with the Channel Strategy Program Manager and XFN partners to clearly define project scope, goals, timelines, and resources required to successfully launch VR hardware/ software in the B2B channel. * Coordinate cross-functional teams: The program manager will proactively work with cross-functional teams such as product management, product marketing, sales, sales ops, marketing, channel marketing, and supply chain to ensure that everyone is aligned with the project goals and timelines that deliver high quality and on time delivery of key deliverables. * Identify, communicate, and mitigate risks: The program manager will identify potential risks and issues that could impact the project timeline or quality, communicate them to create awareness of the risk, and develop a plan to mitigate those risks with the Channel Strategy Program Manager's guidance and support. * Ensure project quality: The program manager will oversee the quality of deliverables from key internal partners to ensure they are meeting Sales' teams needs to ensure its delivered on time to avoid downstream impact. When issues arise, proactively communicate, and plan/ execute appropriate actions with Channel Strategy Program Manager's support. * Communicate with CSP and Key Sales Leader: The program manager will provide regular updates / communications on the project status, timelines, and deliverables. * Plan the work/ work the plan: The project manager will lead the development of and tracking against the launch workback, organize file storage, and be the Single Source of Truth by ensuring that all the necessary resources, processes, and tools are in one place/ up to date for a successful launch.
