Responsibilities

As a Senior Product Manager on the team, you will:

• Develop a deep understanding of the Identity, Access, and Secrets Management story within Microsoft365 services

• Develop and express an attacker mindset in all design efforts around secrets management, to protect Microsoft customer data stored in systems architected on Azure/Datacenter.

• Provide thought leadership on the direction of Microsoft365 Identity, Access, and Secrets Management Solution

• Lay out a vision and a prioritized roadmap of product work needed to support the multitude of Microsoft365 services.

• Collaborate closely with M365 Security Team as well as service teams to architect and roll out the latest security policies to protect service and customer data.

• Define key success metrics and craft data-focused tracking of solution health and adoption.

• Report on project status in various CVP reviews, partner briefings, & security conferences

Qualifications

Required/minimum qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software development

  • OR equivalent experience.

Other Qualifications:

  • Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements as these are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire / transfer and every two years thereafter.

Additional or preferred qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 7+ years of experience in product/service/project/program management or software development

  • OR equivalent experience.

  • Experience in the identity, secrets management and/or PKI space.

  • 3+ years of experience shipping large scale software.

Product Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $117,200 - $229,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $153,600 - $250,200 per year.
