Job Description:

Fluor, together with its joint-venture partner AECOM, is seeking candidates for the recently awarded California High-Speed Rail program. The team was a awarded a four-year program delivery support services contract by the California High-Speed Rail Authority, to provide program delivery and program management services to support one of the largest planned infrastructure projects in the U.S.

The system will connect the 500-mile stretch between the Los Angeles region with the San Francisco Bay Area, with up to 24 stations. The first phase of the program is currently under construction in California’s Central Valley.

This role works under the Risk Management Office Program Controls Branch. Under the general direction of the Program Reporting Lead, the Project Controls Engineer – Reporting is responsible for the development and production of reports including:

• Support the development, compilation, and production of quarterly, monthly, weekly and adhoc report (s) covering progress, cost, cash flow, earned value, risk, schedule and other relevant information.

• Review reports for accuracy of information.

• Verifying changes are properly reflected in the cost forecast and schedule.

• Update, reconcile and Report changes (202’s and BOC’s) into and from the Change Management Table for tracking Pending and Approved Changes and Contingency Utilizations

• Coordinating and delivering on time and reliable reports as described on the Report Inventory Register.

• Assisting in the development of reports and metrics to meet ongoing Program and Executive

• Support the maintenance of all Program Delivery Office reporting policies, plans, procedures, and workflows that describe scope, cost, and schedule information for the purposes of program delivery.

• Providing support to PIMS and contribute to the development of Program Delivery Office reporting requirements for regular reporting and ad hoc queries
