  • Candidate Note : This position is 100% remote for candidates based in Ontario, Canada

We are seeking a Digital Analyst to join our Data Analytics and AI team reporting directly to the Senior Manager, Marketing Analytics. In this role, you will be a key player in leading the optimization and analysis of our website performance data using Google Analytics and other tools. Your expertise will help us to further understand our web traffic trends (ex. Paid vs. organic), conversion rates, areas of improvement and performance against web KPIs.

As the Digital Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and optimizing our website performance data; building dashboards and reports that provide data-driven and actionable insights to the marketing team; collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement strategies and ensure alignment with organizational goals; and working under the guidance of the Senior Manager, Marketing Analytics in scoping, scaling, and executing other marketing analytics initiatives.

Your impact will be:

  • Serve as our in-house expert for web analytics.

  • Collect and analyze website performance data, including web traffic, conversion rates, bounce rates, and user behavior to stay on top of trends and identify opportunities.

  • Work with stakeholders to understand their goals and objectives, and build relevant dashboards that can help them track their progress and identify areas for optimization

  • Continually audit the web analytics implementation to ensure data is accurate and work with the development team to address issues.

  • Work with cross-functional teams to maintain alignment on website measurement and performance.

What you’ll bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree.

  • 2+ years of experience with web analytics, preferably in a B2B environment.

  • Proficient with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console. Google Analytics certification is a big plus.

  • Solid understanding of web analytics concepts, including metrics definitions and reporting best practices, as well as website tagging for analytics.

  • Experience with data-visualization tools, like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.

  • Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to a non-technical audience.

  • Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and user journeys.

  • Familiarity with SQL to extract, join, and manipulate data sets.

  • Ability to work independently and be self-motivated

  • Sharp attention to detail

  • Open to feedback and willingness to learn new skills on the job

Base Compensation Range: 70k-90k CAD (DOE)
