Salary: £20,587.63 per annum plus opportunity to earn £1,066.70 results- based bonus per annum
£500 joining bonus*
Guaranteed 40 hours per week on a Monday to Sunday shift rotation

All you need is to be PC literate have experience navigating databases, be able to type accurately and to love interacting with customers from all over the world!
Experience with Android and iOS is desirable but we provide comprehensive tools and training so you can focus on providing world class service.
You will be helping customers who need support with mobile/desktop, payments, hardware, cloud storage, accounts, and other end user issues.
This role is for customer support, we'll never ask you to cold call and there's no selling either!
You will provide customer support via Phone, Chat and Email and Social media for Android apps and hardware.

You will have the opportunity to identify and report emerging trends and customer issues to senior staff, becoming a knowledge and performance expert in all you do.

What does a typical day look like?
Providing support to our customers via email, chat and phone and investigating their requests to find the best solution possible. We also have a specialist team of Social Media Agents!
You will have continuous support from our teams of Expert Agents dedicated to help you at any point.
You will work on our clients' modern systems, databases and applications. Access to exciting new technology from this global brand.
Temporary remote working requirements:
In order to be successful in this home-based role, there are some minimum requirements to consider:
A reliable broadband internet connection that meets the minimum bandwidth requirements. Don't worry if you're not sure how to check this, we can talk you through it as part of your application.
A LAN cable is preferable but not essential providing your internet meets the below minimum speeds:
Minimum Download speed – 10Mbps, Minimum Upload Speed – 1Mbps
A technical specification and homeworking criteria questionnaire will be provided in more detail as you progress through the application process.
Able to work in a private and distraction free space that must have a door that you can close to keep out noise and where your screen will not be visible to others due to Data Protection.
You will need a desk and suitable chair to work from comfortably and professionally.Prior to your first day with us, we will provide you with the technology necessary to perform your role.
This role is temporarily home-based, our client will determine if this pilot has been successful, so whilst the roles are permanent your requirement to attend the office may change depending on client requirement and in line with your employment contract.
