About The Job

We are looking for an eager and motivated individual to join our growing organization. You will be responsible to assist the Billing Department with the following:

What you will do:

  • Support the billing team with various aspects of billing tasks, enabling them to focus on their core responsibilities

  • Generate discharge bills on daily basis to ensure clearance of outstanding bill

  • Monitor unpaid bills and contact customers by sending them payment reminder as required

  • To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the superior

  • Protect company reputation by maintaining confidentiality of client financial information

Who we are looking for:

  • Fluent or native English speaker with excellent written and spoken communication skills

  • A proactive and resourceful attitude with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team

  • High attention to detail, structured and a desire to learn and succeed

  • Possess cooperative qualities with good interpersonal skill and working attitude
