Aerotek Maintenance Technician (Relocation) in Reno, Nevada

We are looking for experienced maintenance technicians to join our team at one of Nampa, Idaho's leading manufacturing facilities. This is a great opportunity to join an organization with competitive compensation, benefits, and internal growth opportunities.

Description:

  • Responsible for troubleshooting machines and equipment to locate causes of equipment malfunctions.

  • Understand the manufacturing operation, equipment, and support systems of the company and set up systems to respond to maintenance concerns regarding break downs.

  • Complete assigned P.M.'s and work orders, dismantle machines and equipment, inspect and measure parts to detect wear, misalignment, and other problems.

  • Remove and replace worn or defective parts of drive mechanism and hydraulic systems.

  • Primary maintenance functions are listed as follows: Electricity, Electronics/PLC, Plumbing, Mechanical, Machine Shop, Millwright, Welding, Boilers, Refrigeration, and Pneumatics/Hydraulics.

Qualification:

  • Demonstrate advanced skill performance in at least three of the primary maintenance functions and intermediate skill performance in the remaining six primary maintenance functions.

  • Experience with food or dairy production & packaging equipment and systems

  • Familiar with PLC's, electrical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Maximo computer software.

Compensation:

  • 77k - 84k/year

Work Environment:

  • 12-hour night shifts available

  • Sunday-Wednesday 5:00pm to 5:00am

  • Wednesday-Saturday 5:00pm to 5:00am
