Requisition Summary This position is responsible for division office facilities functions including on-going repair and maintenance requirements, capital improvement projects and office services. This role will have involvement in environmental programs across entire division, act as liaison between Corporate Environmental and remote locations and supervise activities of front desk receptionists, office services, and the facilities group. Job Functions / Responsibilities Manage ongoing repair and maintenance requirements for Division office buildings, ensuring they meet PACCAR presentation requirements. Responsible for department budget preparation and oversight. Provide facilities guidance for North American PACCAR Parts Distribution Centers (PDC) network. Ownership of the Environmental Management System (EMS). Work with the Business Process Improvement Manager on ISO 14001 Certification. Oversee contract negotiations with vendors to ensure services are completed and materials are delivered. Oversee workstation design/layout and building improvement projects. Coordinates completion of major moves with appropriate vendors and resources. Oversee building safety and security for all North American locations. Host special events, VIP tours, and community-coordinated events, ensuring they run safely and efficiently. Qualifications Bachelor's degreerequired. Master's degree preferred. Five years related experience required 2 years supervisory experience required Experience working with remote locations highly desired. Ability to present and communicate to all levels of management required. Knowledge of environmental regulations desired Ability to create flow procedures, SOP's and flow charts desired. Project management experience desired Skills / Competencies Proficiency in software applications:autoCAD, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Ability to productively interact with senior leaders, managers, employees, vendors and contractors. Knowledge of Environmental regulations. Specific experience in office layout and design. Strong people leadership skills and demonstrated ability to drive and influence change (Change Agent) Adept at conflict management, collaboration, developing talent and holding candid conversations. Additional Job Board Information Salary Range: At PACCAR, we value talent and promote growth and development. We carefully consider numerous compensation factors including your education, training, or experience. The salary range for this position is $96,700.00 - $136,290.00 annually.
