Your Role and Responsibilities
IBM is currently hiring a Compliance Analyst/Engineer for IBM Cloud Hyper Protect Services. The family of Hyper Protect Services is part of IBM's Hybrid Cloud Strategy, and provides a highly secure platform which provides differentiation across industries, sectors and enterprise. We provide a set of cloud services which enables businesses with sensitive data to adopt cloud with confidence.
The organization develops and manages the entire stack ranging from public and private cloud services, infrastructure technologies, all the way down to data center and SRE operations. As part of that work, we certify and maintain levels of Compliance for ISO, HIPAA, iRAP, SOC2, GDPR, adding more certifications every year as we expand to relevant industries and sectors. We are seeking Compliance Analysts/Engineers to join our team to drive attainment and the ongoing maintenance of FedRAMP for IBM Cloud Hyper Protect Services.
As a member of the team, your responsibilities will include:
Lead various aspects and collaboratation across the family of Hyper Protect Services to attain FedRAMP compliance and certification.
Assess FedRAMP controls, identify control gaps, drive gaps to closure, define/update necessary policies, prepare for FedRAMP certification, and maintenance of the FedRAMP compliance posture
Drive operational requirements & audit-readiness to meet compliance requirements.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Experience leading one or more security compliance frameworks/certifications and audits
Experience directing, communicating and working with technical engineers
Experience understanding and interpreting technical requirements and documentation
Strong communication skills and ability to work with teams across the globe in different time zones
Project management experience, and ability to effectively collaborate with other teams on requirements, schedules, and track completion
Self-starter and able to independently learn, perform, and prioritize in a fast-paced startup/scale-up environment
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
Experience taking an offering through FedRAMP
Experience with Software as a Services and Hybird Cloud
Knowledge of cloud-related technologies, networking concepts, data centers
