Job Description: As the Merchandising Coordinator (E-commerce Focus), you will play a pivotal role in managing our online sales operations and fostering seamless communication between our production and merchandising teams. Responsibilities include:

• Reviewing and processing wholesale and eCommerce sales orders with precision and efficiency.

• Crafting manufacturing Purchase Orders (POs), ticket/carton marking instructions, and overseeing ticket orders for our factories.

• Maintaining and enhancing product listings across diverse online platforms such as Amazon, our company website, and other eCommerce marketplaces. This entails crafting captivating product descriptions, curating images, and optimizing keywords for heightened visibility.

• Serving as the primary intermediary between our production and merchandising teams, facilitating effective communication and coordination.

Top Qualifications: To thrive in this role, candidates should possess:

• Proficiency with Excel: A robust command of Excel is indispensable for analyzing sales data, generating reports, and managing inventory.

• E-commerce Experience: Prior experience in overseeing e-commerce platforms is essential, with a preference for candidates acquainted with Shopify.

• Fashion/Retail Background or Interest: A background or personal interest in fashion, merchandising, or retail is advantageous for comprehending industry trends and customer preferences.
