POSITION DESCRIPTION As a Longenecker & Associates employee, the Contractor Assurance Program/Project Support will engage in mission critical work, join a team that constantly exceeds client expectations, and become a member of highly skilled L&A professionals. Your role will include: Programmatic development, improvement and implementation of Contractor Assurance performance areas, Issues Management, Observation process, Lessons learned / Operating Experience, Performance indicators and metrics, Support to process owners to implement improvement actions, Measure improvement program success, Development of effective performance indicators and metrics, Identifying, analyzing and effectively communicating issues and opportunities for improvement from multiple sources. EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS Bachelors Degree in related field, Or equivalent of 2 years of experience for one year of education. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Mid Level Minimum of eight (8) years of relevant experience, Senior Level Minimum of 10 years of experience with similar programs in a highly regulated work environment, such as commercial nuclear, DOE, or DOD. Ability to work in a diverse work environment, Satisfactory results of a pre-employment screening, which includes a background check and drug screening. Ability to fulfill and promote L&A core values. DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS Previous experience on DOE sites and programs.
